महाराष्ट्र अन्न पुरवठा मंडळाकडून रेशन कार्ड साठी जाहिर केलेले नविन नियम हे पुढीलप्रमाणे आहेत.
- ग्रामीण भागात ₹2.00 लाख आणि शहरी भागात ₹3.00 लाखांपेक्षा अधिक वार्षिक उत्पन्न असणारे अपात्र ठरतील.
- जर एखाद्या रेशनकार्ड धारकाने स्वतः 100 चौरस मीटरचा फ्लॅट (Flat) घेतला असेल, तर त्यालाही रेशन साठी अपात्र ठरवले जाईल.
- जर एखाद्या रेशनकार्ड धारकाकडे चारचाकी वाहन असेल, तर त्या व्यक्तीला ही रेशन साठी अपात्र ठरविले जाईल. आणि रेशन पुरवठा बंद केला जाईल.
- जर रेशनकार्ड धारकाकडे दुकानासारख्या मोठ्या कंपनीची मालकी असेल तर त्यांनाही रेशन पुरवठा केला जाणार नाही.
- सरकारी नोकरी करणाऱ्यांनाही रेशन पुरवठा केला जाणार नाही.
